Amy G. Bermingham

Partner

Amy joined the firm in 1993 and has been a partner since 1995. She is the senior partner focused on the firm’s estate and tax planning services.

Prior to joining the firm, Amy was an associate in the Trusts and Estates Department at Cravath, Swaine & Moore. Amy received a J.D. (cum laude) from Fordham Law School, an LL.M. in Taxation from the New York University School of Law and a B.A. (cum laude) from The College of the Holy Cross. Amy was a member of the White Plains Hospital’s Board of Trustees, where she served on the Investment Committee and Development Committee from 1999 until 2013, when she moved from Westchester to Manhattan. She is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Smithsonian Archives of American Art, a member of the Professional Advisory Committee of Memorial Sloane-Kettering Cancer Center and a member of the Professional Advisory Committee of the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
