Hannah W. Mensch

Partner

Hannah, who specializes in estate planning, joined Ehrenkranz & Ehrenkranz LLP in 2013 and has been a partner since December 2014.

Previously, Hannah was with McLaughlin & Stern LLP and Dewey Ballantine LLP. She received a J.D. (cum laude) from Harvard Law School, an Advanced Certificate in Estate Planning from the New York University School of Law and an A.B. (highest distinction) from the University of Michigan, where she was elected Phi Beta Kappa. Hannah is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC). She is currently a Co-Chair of the American Bar Association’s Section of Taxation- Estate and Gift Tax Committee, is a frequent lecturer on estate and gift tax topics, and has also authored numerous articles on estate planning issues. Hannah is a member of the New York City, New York State and New Jersey State Bar Associations and is a board member of the UJA Federation Trusts and Estates Group, a Vice Chair of the Harvard Law School Annual Fund Council and a member of the Foundation for Contemporary Arts Finance Committee.
